Bar Code Leveling Rod Dynamic Detection System

The grade rod is the length measurement implement of geodeticmeasurement,which is widely used in geodeic measurement and engineeringmeasurement,its precision influence directly the measurement result of veracity andstability. The using environment of the grade rod is bad in the field, so its length canbe changed. In order to ensuring its measurement precision,We must measure itsprecision penodicly. At present, There is a kind of new advanced grade rod in theworld,which can collect datas automatically. Our country have being fetched in thenew grade rod, but we don't know its measuring method and also don't find theinformation interrelated. We must research its measuring method and equipment.Firstly, this paper puts forward new plot which is combined with doublefreqenca laser interfernce,new collimation method and computer system to realizeauto-measurement. The grade rod dynamic measuring system is a representativeincoprate system, its includes optics,machine and electricity. This system is mainlyconsisted of the measuring moving system, double frequence laser interference,optics-electric collimation system and compuer data-collection system, it realizes high-precision and dynamic measurement to grade rod.At the time of improvingprecision,workers could be free from monotonous and dull operation.As the mainly difficulty of the dynamic measuring system, the collimation systemis analyzed and studied mainly in this paper. We studied much of collimation method,analyzed their advanced and disadvanced, devised its collimation triggering circuitand looked up the best collimation method by much experment. The placidity of themeasuring moving system has compact relation with measuring precision, so weanalyzed moving placidity and studied the reason of influencing measuing precision.We choiced a method of masuring moving system by much experment to assuringprecision of the system.Electric-interferng affects the precision of the system, so it isimportant to anayze the reason of producing electric-interfering and study how torestrain it.Much experment proves that the system can measure the grade rod dynamiclyand its measuring precision satifies the project need.
