The general situation and development of road roller at home and abroad is introduced at the beginning of this thesis, including the different pressing mechanism of various rollers. It is analyzed that the useable range of various roller and their advantages and disadvantages. From those it is reached the principle and program of a new type of pressing mechanism self-moving vibrating pressing machine. Mathematical model is set up by kinetic analysis. Meanwhile, the computer numerical simulation method has been decided. According to the principle of the simulation method, the program that solves the mathematical model has been developed. Test of the vibratoiy pressing machine has been done in the field, and verified the model by analyzing the testing results and calculation results. By numerical simulation of dynamic behavior about overall machine, some parameters that affected the compaction and proper motion have been investigated. So basement is provided for parameters optimization and improvement of machine.
