The Research Of Space Integrative Development Pattern Of Wetland Villages

Wetland, besides its surrounding rural area, as a specific geographical unit, is naturally widespread.This kind of ground has an important effect on multiple aspects, such as water conservation, conservation of both moisture and soil, storing floodwater, keeping species diversity, and so on.In this article, we call this kind of area as wetland rural area.However, as a matter of fact, agricultural and industrial pollutions, landscape fragmenting, constructural disorders are commonly exist and somehow prevent the wetland rural area from performing its positive effects as the main part of its surrounding district.Considering wetland rural area has both natural and cultural landscape values, a reasonable programmed construction and appropriate development will give a considerable promotion to agriculture and tourism, while on the other hand, accelerates the transition and upgrading of local industrial structure, and eventually brings us a eco-development of resource-based rural area.Based on a comprehensive analysis to the characteristics and current situations of the wetland rural area, including its eco-environment and landscape, the key factors restricting the development of wetland districts can be concluded as three aspects, the lack of spatial planning, the disorder of programmed construction and decentralization of management.Therefore, the wetland should be taken as a whole on programming and management, and develops under an integrative development method, combining wetland and rural space together.This will not only benefit on solving the previous problems we talked about, but also give a positive effect on combining the rural in wetland ("graph") and the wetland in rural ("background").According to the theory of "low-carbonization" and "active rural", on either strategic micro-aspect or specific operative micro-aspect, the methods of developing wetland mainly means the following four ways. First, considering the main function purpose of the wetland, we should define its orientation and characteristic based upon a vast scale development, afterward, layout its "facial" function divisions from the analysis of district "background".Second, we should, from a mid-aspact, construct a "spot + line" layout on the district landscape, eco and land utilization structure.Next, an integrative organization management system should be built to guarantee an integrative spatial pattern institutionally.Finally, district specialized development statics plays an important role in developing wetland.At the end of the article, by illustrating the typical Deqing Xiazhu lake wetland rural area,from analyzing its deficiency and problems on eco-environment, social economy and spatial development programming, we put forward an integrative development way for Xiazhu lake wetland rural area.
