At present, the energy consumption and emission of the tail gas is increasing gradually, this caused the lack of oil ,and polluted the environment terribly. In addition, as the emission legislation of diesel engine is becoming more and more rigorous, the primary measures to achieve the emission standard of Euro IV can hardly work. The main components of tail gas are the tail gas. We can emit the by DPF of diesel engine. Based on the SCR technique, we design the system to settle the tail gas NOx. At the same time, the main chip of our system adopts TMS470MCU of the TI Company. The CAN bus is used to deliver the information.We make a brief introduction of the research background and the SCR technique, and make detailed description of the designed scheme based on SCR tail gas processing system. According to the feature of high S content, we make the reasonable strategy of emission controlling suitable for the cars in China. The result of the research gives important reference value of the developing of the No. IV diesel engine. And it is also important for decreasing the emission of the tail gas and the environment pollution.
