Abstract/Summary:
Steel box through tied-arch bridge possesses many special characteristics, such as low construction height, economic and fine outlook, excellent crossover capability and so on. Because of the lack of various specifications and other documents,a number of problems of the structure system, design and construction of steel box through tied-arch bridge remain to be solved. And there is less application on high-speed railways. Taking Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway steel box through tied-arch bridge bridge as the project background, this paper establishes the space analysis model of the bridge to simulate the static characteristics analysis of whole bridge. Based on the integral analysis, the scale model has been designed and the model experiment has been done. The test results is useful to the analysis of the bridge. The works finished in the paper are as follows:1. The spatial analysis model of entire bridge structure is set up through large-scale finite element software in this paper, based on the model, simulated calculation and analysis of mechanical characteristics of whole bridge under different testing load working condition are finished;2. The 1:6 scale model of the bridge is designed and made based on the conformity principle, and loading scheme and testing contents are studied as well;3. After loading tests on model under nine different operating conditions,the values of experiments have been gained,and the experimental results agree well with the FEA results. The results show that: overall stress level of structure is not high,structure is designed rationally and can bear load well and safely. Replacing wire sling can be done when bridge opens to traffic;4. Based on the comparison between theoretical calculation and test results, the states of stresses when the bridge opens to traffic are analyzed in this paper. The results show that:the actual bridge design can meet the requirements and the structure has enough safety storage.The design is feasible.
