With the rapid development of computer technology, modern electronic technology and other technologies, the process of modern weapons and equipment battle command systems makes high precision requirements for all the electronic system. The influencing factors such as models, velocity, and the traffic road and so on, which make the vehicle vibration more complex, at the same time, because the inertial components of the SINS are fixed on the carrier, the vibration and noise of carrier will directly act on the inertial components, so that the serious measurement errors will be produced, thereby all the system accuracy will be reduced. Therefore, the SINS vibration problem is especially prominent.Based on the analysis a large number of relevant references at home and abroad, for the requirements of the suppression vibration and noise of the micro-SINS system in the vehicle environment, to achieve the technology of the effective suppression of vibration noise damping system for the light load is the breakthrough, the paper has been extensively studied on the small size of the damping system, and has a systematic study of the damping system of the micro SINS through combining of theoretical analysis and experimental testing method, the test results meet the requirements of system vibration and noise suppression technology, and achieve a better damping effect.Firstly, the vibration and noise in the vehicle environment is tested and its characteristics were analyzed, and then a theoretical model of the characteristics of the vibration and noise is established for the micro SINS damping system, then the vibration response and impulse response of the system and relevant indicators which evaluate the damping effect of the system were analyzed, then based on the general design principles of the damping system, , the MIMU vibration system structure was designed.Secondly, the dynamic characteristic of the damping system structure was analyzed, not only parameters reflected the vibration isolation system damping effect were obtained, but also the inadequacies of the system structure were found, and then the structure was optimized and validated for the inadequacies, the results showed that the isolation effect of the new design of isolation system is better than the first structure.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the overall structure of actual vibration isolation system was built, and then the Semi-physical tests and physical tests for the vibration isolation system were made. The results show that the micro-isolation system for the SINS system vibration and noise had a better inhibition effect.
