Nowadays, with the modern power grid construction raise to national strategy, in improving the power load curve, a balanced power load at the same time, the monitoring of electricity load management, data collection accuracy, fast communication speed and reliability requirements are also more to higher. Therefore, it requires the development scalable and easy to maintain and update a new load control system.Based on the analysis of power load management system is currently facing the situation, based on the smart grid around the building in line with modern requirements of the new relationship between electric load of the system launched. Clearly based on ARM9 embedded Linux platform technology and power load management system development need. As the basis to discuss the main functions of power load management system and the main technical indicators, hardware interface design, data-driven and event handling, and other major processes. Then analyzed the structure of power load management system and method using modular design system, the data measurement, data storage, data communications, data show the detailed design of the core subsystem, which focuses on the integral of FFT-based synchronous sampling method, based on the GDW/130 Statute of the communication algorithm, based on embedded FrameBuffer the UI/API module design and implementation, and gives the test data. Through the above results, combined with the actual use of electric field, a great solution to the power company to adjust the curve of load control capability, can reduce the burden on frontline staff, but also can improve system reliability, make electricity timely and accurate load curve can be further reaction to the reasonable control electrical loads to achieve energy savings.
