Good one can make tourists enjoy it forever and let city residents feel deeply that city make life better. It is proved by facts, design and plan of city color has become the most important problem which needs to be solved right away in city building. Researching city color style and features is in the beginning currently in our country. Lack of relational equipments, thin consciousness of color education, imperfect chromatogram, different management of color standard, foggy conception of city symbol color and so on which make that study on city color style and features in our country is behindhand in the world.The gentle breeze of developing of middle and small city has swept along of speeded up of urbanization rate in our country and limited resource of big city's developing. As an important reserve in planning the developing of city and countryside as a whole, city constructing need taking precautions especially. Study on city color style and features can guide color plan in county town and lead the developing of city become more characteristic.This paper is based on common color problems in city building in our country, research it in Xinxiang town by foundation of city color basic theory, take city color style and features researching as important parts in city constructing from factors of affecting city color, meanwhile combine lots of examples in the world to investigate the factors of affecting it, explore suitable thinking about city color styles plan to change city environment and protect city color feature.
