The performance of method of electrical swerved control and swing minished as well as aberrancy rectified system of aircraft undercarriage are directly contacted with aircraft and human's secuirity, which lets their R&D and improvement become very inevitable.Combining with the research task of electrical swerve control system of aircraft under carriage conducted by Landing-gear Advanced Manufacturing Corp, This paper puts forward a design method of electrical swerve control system of aircraft undercarriage based on TMS320F2812 DSP of TI and IRAMX16UP60B of IR, which makes the electrical swerved control and swing minished and aberrancy rectified come true by controlling the BLDCM.In this paper, a transfer function model of electrical swerve control system of aircraft under carriage is established, and the control arithmetic is given. It is proved that compared with the PID control, the performance of the self-adapted fuzzy PID control is more ascendant on the base of analyzing Simulink emluator aimed at PID control and self-adapted fuzzy PID control.Hardware circuit of the control, in this paper, is designed, which introduces the function and design ways of the hardware circuit clearly. Software program is also written in this paper, which introduces the electrical swerve module, the swing minished and aberrancy rectified module and the corresponding module stressly.The electrical swerved control system is proved by experiments, which indicates that the design of the hardware circuit of the electrical swerved control system is reasonable and feasible; the arithmetic of software program is correct; the control system is flexible and accurate; the security of the plane during flying-off and landfall is greatly improved.
