Abstract/Summary:
In the tide of global environment's deteriorating and the resources'intensifying, developing a pattern of using energy, which is environmental protection and energy saving, is the same subject of domestic and foreign scholars. As a new cooling method, solid adsorption refrigeration technology gain more and more attention and application can be used because of its advantages like low grade energy, no moving parts, simple structure and low noise. With the gradual improvement and improvement system, solid adsorption refrigeration system will have a brighter future.Adsorption bed is the heart part of solid adsorption refrigeration system, whose performance evaluation system is an important indicator of good or bad. Enhance the absorption bed's heat and mass transfer, is the primary means to improve the applicability of solid adsorption refrigeration system. This main work based on previous designs of the adsorbent bed model of the corresponding mathematical model, use finite difference method to deal with the controling equations and boundary conditions of processing with using Matlab software to simulate the model calculation of the adsorbed bed temperature distribution and absorbent material parameters,heat transfer fluid physical parameters on the adsorption bed temperature distribution curve. And made base of the future design optimization of the adsorption bed reference with the results to improve the adsorbent bed heat transfer and some analysis methods.
