The technology of structural reinforcement is developing rapidly and begins to take shape. Reinforcing technology as a new discipline is forming. External prestressed reinforcement technique as a method of strengthening the initiative, prestressed Structure imposed on the in vitro. Use of the anti-pre-tension moment offset part of the loading force, thereby improving the structure to improve its performance, and the purpose of ultimate strength.In this paper, based on the summary of achievements in the past, the external prestressed reinforcement system, reinforcement methods, reinforcement design and its evaluation to the concrete beam with external pre-stressed is made a detailed analysis and research. At the same time using nonlinear finite element analysis simulation of external prestressed concrete beams, such as the loading process. Specific content:Firstly, the external prestressing system and strengthening methods are summarized, the suggestion of externally prestressed tendons according to the actual structure layout should force and maximum satisfy requirements for flexible layout, not constrained by the layout forms of externally prestressed tendons.Secondly, the external prestressed strengthening flexural members was studied, a calculation method are summarized in detail, on the basis of externally prestressed tendons are discussed under load stress increment, according to the calculation problem of unbounded prestressed concrete suggestion into consideration of the calculation method. In order to achieve good reinforcement effect, another externally piestressed reinforcement about the loss of prestressed problems, especially to reduce steering device from structure in the pre-stress loss caused by friction.Thirdly, in numerical simulation, on the basis of the steel reinforcement external force beam strengthening effect from cracking, deflection, the external force reinforced stress increment were analyzed. Results show that:the use of both externally prestressed concrete beams reinforced beam can make the yield load and cracking of load and limit load are significantly, can improve the performance of curved beam.Finally, the practical engineering of externally prestressed reinforcement construction operation method is introduced, it can be seen that the externally prestressed reinforcement technique has obvious advantages of technology, is worthy to be popularized.
