| In order to better simulate the random vibration in the transportation. This thesis gives a 3-DOF vibration platform with parallel configuration, which consists of Delta machine and crank-rocker machine. It carries out the three-direction vibration though driving smooth running of brace, which can drive the swing of arm in the Delta machine.Firstly, the position equation of 3-DOF vibration platform is given. Thesis falls to doing dimension synthesis under the linear vibration of vertical direction. And then Thesis analyzes vibration from random-direction. At last the machine dimension is given.Secondly, on the base of those mentioned above, the general expression of swing angle function and swing phase are given which meets the change of swing angle in the random-direction vibration. The thesis particularly designs the brace machine which can change its dimension with the change of the swing angle. Its drive comes from the distortion of piezoelectricity materials.Thirdly, the thesis gives the models of kinematics and kinetics. Particularly thesis analyzes pal stance, angular acceleration, the load conditions and the moment of force in every staffs and movable platform of 3-DOF vibration platform. And then on the base of those above, thesis designs detailed the structure of vibration platform, ensures stiffness and torque of bearing spring. Finally, thesis gives a perspective for application of 3-DOF vibration platform. It provides a method for random vibration. |
