| Since construction machinery generally travel and work on bad ground, vibration and impact on their undercarriages are very serious. If the drivers work under such vibration at long time, the diseases such as distorted backbone and stomach will be easily triggered. Then the driver'healthiness will seriously be hurt and the work efficiency will be greatly reduced. The seat system has a directly affection to comfort and stability of operation. At present, the seats of construction vehicles are commonly equipped passive reduction vibration system which is composed by the elastic element and buffer. Because the passive vibration reduction system cannot be varied with the protean of excitation of road. So the active vibration reduction is advised in order to reduce the faultiness of passive vibration reduction system. The active vibration reduction system can be changed to bring forth the control force. Therefore it can hold the seat of the vibration, and in a good state at the same time, in order to improve the ride comfort and stability of vehicle.In the 1960s on the rise of bionics, it provided human with new ideas of development of science and technology. The animals with being good at running and jumping in nature, have good buffer system. The studies showed that the buffer of the key lies in its bones and skeletal muscle tissue, which can adjust to the outside world and its frequent. For the good from of the muscles, the bionic muscles material pneumatic artificial muscles were invented. Pneumatic Artificial Muscle (PAM) is a new type of bionic pneumatic actuators, and is a single output force agencies. Comparing with other active actuators, the PAM has the advantage of larger output power/ weight, simply structure and good dynamic characteristics and so on. In this paper, the PAM is tracked by the initiative of the vehicle seat, seat cushion structures to reduce its system and reduce its property was analyzed. As the PAM have the serious nonlinear characteristics, the traditional control method is very difficult to satisfy the control demand, fuzzy PID and BP neural network are used to control two intelligent control strategy in this paper. PID control has the features of simple algorithm, robustness, and high reliability and quality control systems. Vague control can change a parameter and can't rely on exact mathematical model, etc. PID vague control is PID argument the whole set of the experience of rules into a vague control, online adjustment system input parameter, and further improve the control of the performance of the PID, a more stable and reliable control effect. Neural network for nonlinear their functions have any ability and learning abilities in the control which are has been widely used.The paper is applied to 2 methods of PID and BP neural net. And it is evaluated by the seat'acceleration, the maximum and minimum value of displacement, standard deviation. Then the math model is built by 3 freedom of active suspension. And it is simulated in the Matlab/Simulink, which the input is the different speed and the ranks of the road. The vibration isolation performance was improved noticeably under 2 controlling methods.The research results can provide references for the development of PAM-type damping seats. |
