Research Branch Flight Training Scheduling System

In the branch institute,the scheduling of the flight training is an important issue that we deal with in our daily routine.The scheduling concerning a rational distribution process of all the other essential productive factors,determines not only whether we could achieve the regular training target,but also the competitive power among the flight training market.A good solution will definitely make a positive influence on the safety of the flight training and the sustainable development of the branch institute.Along with the rapid development of civil aviation,the branch institute expands training scale by increasing the number of both flight instructors and students and enlarging the scale of the aircraft fleet year by year ,to meet the rising demand of the pilots.Instead of the old manual way of the training management and dispatching,a scientific and effective scheduling model is required.So working harder on the study of this scheduling model to make the most of limited training resources reasonably and efficiently by the system implementation is very essential,which helps develop the scientific management to accomplish the training task.The following article will first analyse the range of the scheduling model system and its principles of development by demand analysis,then determine the developing platform of the system and make it clear how each functional module work.By studying the representative scheduling model and considering the regulations and actual situation of our own,we structure our scheduling model based on the flight training.Taking advantage of Heufistic Algorithms--Simulated Annealing Algorithm as the solving algorithm,we make it work.Finally performance of the system will be evaluated,and suggestions on how to improve the system will be proposed.
