In this paper, rapidly quenched magnetic powder on the basis of the different La, Ce addition on the impact of rapid quenching powder, and the overflow of domestic arc quenching, crystallization equipment was modified, based on the key research in this process parameters on the quenched NdFeB / LaFeB magnetic properties and mechanisms, and the alloy composition of the quenched NdFeB / LaFeB magnetic properties. Through the study found that: With the increase of Nd content, quenched NdFeB / LaFeB powder of Br, Hcj and (BH) max increased, and magnetic crystallization temperature also increased 20℃. Add La, Ce powder after quenching the best content of B from 6.5at% increased to 7.5at%, when the content of B is 7.5at% the Br and (BH) max best. For NdFeB / LaFeB powder, Zr accession could significantly increase the NdFeB / LaFeB magnetic properties, because of the addition of Zr can increase the crystallization temperature ofα-Fe and make Nd2Fe14B andα-Fe phases precipitate simultaneously, avoiding the first precipitation and growth ofα-Fe. The result is the refined grains and increased exchange coupling and thus improved magnetic properties. In the quenched NdFeB magnetic powder, add La, Ce, along with the addition of the increase of magnetic decline, and, in NdFeB / LaFeB powder in, Nd + La total rare earth content to 10.5 ~ 11at%, and magnetic highest performance. La, Ce decreases the magnetic sensitivity of the crystallization temperature, while also lowering the temperature and corrosion resistance of magnetic powder. Add La alone, the magnetic Br, BHmax high, Hcj low; alone added Ce, the magnetic powder of Br, BHamx low, Hcj high, and La, Ce atomic magnetic moment and the magnetic anisotropy constant. Nb doped lead quenched NdFeB magnetic powder of the Br and (BH) max decrease, but it can significantly improve the heat resistance powder. For the Mo wheel with grooves resolving the technically difficult problem of the properties fluctuation resulting from that of the velocity and melt flux. Also the Mo wheel with grooves can increase the performance of 10% for quenched magnetic powder, production efficiency, single-furnace production is raised 1 times. For NdFeB / LaFeB powder, in the quenching speed reached 19 ~ 19.5m / s when integrated best magnetic properties.
