The Research On Vibration Characteristic Of Imbalance Of The Rotating Machinery

With the rapid development of modern industry, rotating machinery is developed with the way of enlargement, high-speed, automation and long-period. Operation safety of machinery would create material wealth of country and enormous social profit.Some faults of the rotating machinery can be diagnosed by the vibration analysis. Rotor imbalance is the most common cause of vibration in rotating machinery. Therefore, research on the vibration characteristic of the imbalance is significant for fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery. Through the experiment of the imbalance simulating, some vibration characteristics of imbalance had been summarized. Then, main characteristics and mechanism of rotor imbalance is further studied through theoretical analysis.
