With the extensive application of pressure equipment, as well as the complexity increases, the pressure on the traditional instrument and the manual recording approach has been unable to meet the needs of modern production. Intelligent pressure apparatus has drawn increasing attention. This ARM-based design and study of intelligent pressure meter, can be collected to study and analyze the pressure signal.This paper first analyzes the artificial neural network in the pressure recording and analysis applications. Neural network makes the system of training and study samples and thus the pressure signals to identify categories to judge. Secondly, task scheduling system pressure instrument was analyzed and improved. From the functional point of view real-time scheduling algorithms proposed for real-time embedded industrial systems selection and design of scheduling algorithm needs to follow the principles and rationale. And under the guidance of this principle, choose the cycle monotonic algorithm (RM) and operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱcombined scheduling mechanism, as the system's main scheduling algorithms. In the operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱplatform, non-periodic and special to achieve time-bound task scheduling. Then, neural network model for simulation and parameter analysis and draw the corresponding diagram lines. And the right way to do a test scheduling. Finally, the general overview of ARM-based embedded pressure instrument platform architecture, analysis of operating system, the main functional modules of real-time characteristics and needs. System consists of processors and resources, language support system operation and system task scheduling mechanism. Pressure instrument in the embedded software and hardware design, introduces the systematic of the control system structure. Designs hardware followed by details on the system. And introduced based onμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system, software design, andμC/OS-Ⅱfor transplantation, as well as embedded system pressure instrument to achieve a function of task scheduling. The anti-jamming of measures of the system is introduced.Papers completed in the embedded ARM platform, intelligent pressure on the instrument design and research to achieve in this specific embedded systems using artificial neural network intelligent control, and optimize the use of hybrid scheduling mechanism of the pressure instrument task scheduling.
