Along with the urban fuel gas industry's development, gas pipeline transmission and distribution became the city's main means of heating. Because the quality of pipe materials, foundation settlement, distribution of pipe-line equipment and accessories selection, pipeline construction, operation and management aspects and so on factors easily lead to gas leakage. Moreover this kind of accident occurs frequently, in a large number of safety precautions and means of control, sudden gas leak accident still can not control.After flammable gas diffusing into atmosphere, forms the inflammable gaseous mixture with the air mixing, will meet the fire hazard possibly to cause the fire and the detonation; Even if does not have the fire and the detonation, the divulging combustible gas realized that the certain extent is detained in the atmosphere, even high density detention, in the human occupies in the crowded land sector and the building, poses the huge threat safely for the environment and the life. So combustible gas leakage will not only lead to the loss of energy,but lead to fire, explosion, poisoning and so on, creates the heavy loss for human's life and property. At the same time, study the spread of combustible gas's diffusion rule,and can better grasp it, then to reduce losses, control of hazardous area, organizing the implementation of contingency plans will have important significance.Domestic and foreign are many to the heavy gas drain diffusion research, are few to the neutral gas drain diffusion research, particularly the plateau area neutral gas research is deficient, very few can be found in the literature.This article based on hydromechanics, thermodynamics, explosion mechanics, computational mathematics and computer technology, take plateau city Kunming as actual, makes the experiment gas with the artificial coal gas, has conducted the method study and the rule analysis to the neutral flammable gas drain diffusion. First, has analyzed domestic and foreign in the gas diffusion and the detonation aspect research present situation, calculated and analyzed of the combustible gas pipeline leakage volume, turbulent jet theory and explosion mechanism, set up the basic equations of gas flow; Secondly, in accordance with the basic theory of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics set up the diffusion model of combustible gases; calculated to select the data and set up dozens of typical working condition of the physical model; Finally, used the CFD method based on the above model to carry on ten kind of operating mode of three dimensional computer computation simulations with the FLUENT 6.3 softwares to the plateau artificial gas leakage proliferation, has obtained factors such as wind speed, divulging speed, divulging source position, obstacle change to the fuel gas drain diffusion influence rule and the related conclusion.This article diffusion theory research conclusion is related with the wind-tunnel data, thus has confirmed this article theoretical analysis accuracy, has provided one kind of research mentality for the related research direction, the conclusions are able to provide the reference.on the study of safety evaluation, environmental evaluation, contingency plans research and so on.
