The missile is the Air Force, Navy's newest aircraft equipped with the active important part of weapons systems. The missile can destroyer the following various types of ships above the eradication in complicated weather conditions. It can also be used to destroy the ship battle fleets.At present, due to various reasons, the test equipment of this type missile is under shortage. In my space, naval units equipped with the new models, each group formed more than one unit only. After the missile in the event of failure can not be more comprehensive testing. Therefore, this article launches a detection and automated fault diagnosis research on this type of missle. Its goal is to use the automation technology to design a fault detection and diagnostic equipment.This is the main task of the working parameters of the missile weapon systems to conduct a comprehensive test, Analysis theory, a clear demand for testing, according to testing requirements, compare different test bus and the advantages and disadvantages of software development tools, exploring the composition of the automatic test system to develop the corresponding test program, according to the program to develop a fast reliable automated system testing.
