Design And Implementation Of Building Security Automation System Based On Central Monitoring

With the rapid development of national economy, people now have higher requirements for the quality of life. The pace of life is faster and faster and the pressure of work today is larger and larger. people have a strong desire to live a stable and comfortable live, which greatly promoted the development of intelligent community. At the same time, there is a growing emphasis on their personal and property safety. It has attracted more and more attention to the defense and security technology of Intelligent Community.It is the biggest significance and the ultimate goal of the defense and security system that ensuring each household's personal and property safety and providing a comfortable and safe living space. With the development of the control technology, computer technology and communications technology, security measurement developed from the traditional wall of iron to the present unseen wall, and the safety index increased rapidly. But the technology is not mature enough: better stability, high safety index, but higher price. It is only for the high-level secret place; lower price, not stable enough, frequent false and missing alarms, the general community can afford it, however, it lost the meaning of defense and security. Therefore it has a great sense to design a scientific and reasonable security system.Represented by the intelligent community, this paper studied the design and the key technologies of the automatic security system for intelligent buildings. At last, it proposed the total designing program based on the central control building system, especially, it introduced every subsystem in details. The central watch system located in the property management center. When some abnormal event happens, every subsystem sends signals to the central monitoring computer and the control computer will alarm and instruct the relevant information. Then it will achieve intelligent security for the overall environment.Specifically, this paper completed the following work:1. This paper studied the key technologies of the intelligent buildings, such as Structured Cabling System; 2. It proposed the total designing program of the automatic security system for intelligent buildings, including the performance analysis and structural design of the subsystems(include home security alarm subsystem, intercom subsystem, access control subsystem, electronics patrol subsystem and TV monitoring subsystem);3. Based on the Fieldbus Technology and LonWorks Bus Technology, it carefully analyzed the function, designed the structure and introduced the workflow;4. The paper introduced the system components and equipment selection of the visual monitoring subsystem. Through installing and testing network, it experimented and tested the design of this subsystem. Then the correctness and feasibility of the total designing program was tested.
