This thesis study rolling bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and the practical application of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company. Based on the analysis of rolling bearing vibration fault diagnosis method and combined with the content of the research project" Rolling Element Bearing Fault Diagnosis System" of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, the predictive maintenance system of rolling bearing of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group is established.(1) Firstly, the common failure mode of rolling bearings and detection methods are studied, based on the analysis and the compare of the advantages disadvantages of various detection methods, the vibration measurement and analysis are used in the method of detection and diagnosis of bearing, then bearing vibration mechanism and characteristic frequency are studied.(2) According to the differences of the importance and role of the equipments, the mechanical equipments of Hangzhou Iron and Steel are managed level-to-level and the types of the equipments are classified. According to the different types of the equipments, we use different methods of monitoring and maintenance.(3) We select the vibration detection and analysis system. Combine with time-frequency analysis methods and by the vibration testing analyzer and analysis software of SKF Microlog CMXA70, we have vibration condition monitoring to the monitoring equipment, and analysis case to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.(4) The basic principles of the spike energy methods and the problems in application and measurement are analyzed and discussed, the calculation method of the spike energy value is studied, and we have a bearing fault diagnosis combine with the diagnosis examples.(5) Practice shows that the study of the subject bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is feasible, the analysis and diagnosis results tally with the actual very well, and we solve on the spot practical problems and can meet the needs of enterprise production and bring the enterprise certain economic and social benefits.
