The study treats in lead-zinc mine containing more sludge of Chengde Yanshan silver industry-company in Hebei province, and the sludge of lead-zinc mine badly influences lead zinc separation. Therefore, mixed flotation and priority flotation of the lead-zinc sludge and flotation of different ratio of sludge and ore of small scaled experiment are studied. An industrial test is carried on the basis of the small experiment, at the same time, the experiment research on the single-lead-zinc mineral flotation and the analysis of the main flotation mechanism.Experimental studies show that:On the one hand, the lead-zinc mine with sludge amounted to more than 20%, and sericite, talc, kaolin and chlorite are the mainly easy mud-stone gangue, which have a significant impact on the separation of the lead-zinc mine and the quality of concentrate. On the other hand, some of the ore of lead-zinc mine in close symbiosis, embedded micro-size distribution, wrapped each other to dissociation. The two aspects enough to illustrate that the lead-zinc are hard-separated mineral.Mixed flotation-concentrate separation process deals with the mine sludge, which lead concentrate and zinc concentrate each other contain higher, and substandard quality of products. Priority floating lead process dealing with sludge, access to zinc concentrate and lead concentrate significantly better than the mixed lead and zinc flotation process to separate. Priority floating lead process dealing with sludge and the ration ore test, which access to zinc concentrate and lead concentrate grade higher, the recovery rate also increased significantly.In the fine size of lead 3.64%,3.45% zinc conditions, the dispersant is sodium hexametahposphate,and the process is a priority floating lead. The flotation processes of lead and zinc are a rough selection, two sweep selection and three refined selection respectively, which will be in the lead content of lead concentrate 51.72%, zinc 7.86%, access to the zinc in zinc concentrate 50.4%, lead 1.5%; lead the recovery rate to 84.40%, zinc recovery was 78.26 percent. In the sludge and ores 1:4 ratio of the original conditions, the availability of lead concentrates in the lead 62.77%,5.14% zinc, access to the zinc in zinc concentrate 56.73%,1.16% lead; the recovery rate of lead is 90.44%, the recovery rate of zinc is 85.68%, which are the better targets.Through industrial test and further validate the reliability and success of a small-scale test.
