The Design Of Operation Interface And Cfd Analysis On Ir Heating Oven

Since 1930s, the IR heating technology had been used in industry. Though its effect was not satisfactory, after then it rose a science mad tide and impulsed the rapid devolopment of IR heating technology. Experienced near IR heating, far IR heating and high IR heating, IR heating technology has already gone maturity and been used in every field of national economy. IR heating has replaced the traditional heating in some higher requirment fields for technique because of its prominent efficency.This paper starts with the mechanism of IR heating and actual procduction equipment and does preliminary study on IR heating oven based on the theory of ancestors.First of all, this paper confirms the caculation formula of IR heating oven export power through heat balance analysis of IR heating oven and the method of getting correlation coeffient. And it draws the relation curve that strip volocity influences export power, as well as strip thickness and temperature exaltation.Secondly, according to the requirment of practical operation, this paper designs operation interface of IR heating oven by using Visual Basic 6.0 and it can simulate the operation successfully.In the end, this paper creats the model of IR heating oven by the GAMBIT and generates grid. Then the model is imported into the FLUENT and processed simulation analysis. And the temperature field and volocity field of IR heating oven is obtained. According to the result of analysis, it arrives at the conclusion that the work state of IR heating oven is steaty. These establish the theory foudation for practical production and have certain instructional meaning.
