Recently, with the advancing study of self-assembly nanostructure, the highly ordered nanoscale array structure materials (such as nanotubes, nanowires and nanocolumns) have attracted more and more scientists. Nanostructure arrays can be employed as the basic components of well-controlled microdevices owing to their properties which can be controlled by the external forces such as electrics,magnetics and optics. At present, the ordered nano-structure materials have been used in the fields of the magnetic recording,optoelectronic modules,sensors,neterogeneous catalysis and so on. Nanopillar arrays with the qualities of even size,controllable structure and directional integration have been regarded as the key elements in the fabrication of micro/nano channel, separation of long DNA molecules, selection cell patter and study of photonic crystals.The main work is described as following:Firstly, on the basis of the one-step anodized aluminum oxide template (AAO), the two-step, three-step and four-step oxidation preparation are implemented in turn. Then we analyze and compare their surface morphology and current curve variation. The sizes of the second, third and forth oxidation AAO apertures increase in order, and the intervals between neighboring apertures reduce. However, the ordered distribution of nanopores on the whole template surface does not change significantly. Well control the membrane-removed time of the one-step oxidation AAO, we can obtain regular and highly ordered AAO templates after 10 minutes.Secondly, smearing the nail polish on the pure Al substrate as the protective layer, and carving out stripes with the width of 20μm on the surface, and then preparing porous arrays on the fringes by the one-step anodic oxidation method, we made the double-layer compound structure material with micron-fringes on the top lay and porous arrays on the bottom.Thirdly, controlling the reaming time, the three-layer structure material was prepared on the AAO substrate made with the one-step anodic oxidation method. This three-layer constructer is integrated with the alumina nanowire, the nanoporous arrays and the metal A1 being on the top lay, middle lay and bottom lay subsequently. Finally, based on those prepared AAO templates and integrated with the thermal nanoimprint lithography, the PMMA nano-pillar arrays with controllable lengths and diameters and PMMA nanowries were achieved.In addition, We characterized the AAO templates,nanoporous arrays on micron-fringes,alumina nanowries,PMMA nanopillars and PMMA nanowries by SEM,AFM and EDX.
