| In this paper, using toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG), polyethylene glycol (PPG),2-hydroxymethyl-propionic acid (DMPA), diethylenetriamine (DETA), epichlorohydrin (ECH) and amino-siloxane as raw materials, the water-based polyurethane (WPU) fixing agent which modified by amino-siloxane was prepared in acetone method. After the pure cotton fabric which dyed by reactive dyeing was fixed by the fixing agent, the color fastness, fabric shade and pliancy property of them were tested. In addition, the production process which can produce 5400 tons the fixing agent in a year was designed. In this paper, the influence of the category and molecular weight of polyether glycol, the content of DMPA, the category and content of solvent, the reaction temperature, reaction time and R value for preparing pre-polymer, category and content of chain extender, temperature, time and addition method of chain extending reaction, content of amino siloxanea, quaternarization and combining reactive group (Cl), neutralization degree on the properties of water-based polyurethane emulsion and its film were discussed in detail. Ultimately, the best synthesis process of the water-based polyurethane fixing agent which modified by amino-siloxane was determined. Then the product's structure was characterized by the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR).The dyed fabric were carried out for one time during fixation process and then it was cured for 3 minutes at 150℃. The dosage of the fixing agent is 30g/L. And the application demonstrated that the water-based polyurethane fixing agent which modified by amino-siloxane combines some features of organic silicon compounds. Especially, its water washing fastness is 4-5 grade, its wet rubbing fastness is 4 grade. This fixing agent gives better color fastness than the commercial products, which can help to resolve the problem of washing fastness and moisture fastness substandard of medium color and deep color cotton fabric which dyed by reactive dyeing in current market, and brings out better property of pliancy for dyed fabrics. |
