This paper carried out a particular detection to the status of ventilation system of Da An Shan coal, measured the resistance of mine ventilation system, obtained the actual friction resistance ratio, mastered the resistance distribution of the mine, analyzed the safety of resistance measurement, and provide a scientific evidence for the optimal design of mine ventilation system.The thesis described the method of main ventilator air flow measuring, rectified the formula of static pressure difference in air flow measuring, explained the relationship of static pressure difference method and air flow by introducing K coefficient, tested the actual function parameture of main ventilator under the condition of current blade angle in Da An Shan coal, confirmed the function curve of main ventilator, provide K coefficient of ventilation under this pressure testing section, and create the right condition for continues detection of ventilation air flow. According to the safety check result of coal ventilation system, the study depicted a simulation graphic of Da An Shan coal ventilation system by the ventilation system simulation software and analyzed the main problem in the ventilation system.Based on the analysis of current ventilation system, combined with the future production plan of Da An Shan, the thesis tabled a proposal to optimize and reconstruct the mine, used the simulation software to make analytical prediction of working condition of optimizing solution, confirmed the solution 1 as the temporary solution before+242 level running-through and decreased the resistance efficiently. After the+242 level running-through, both solution 2 and solution2 could meet the need of mine work safety, through the comparison of safety and economical efficiency, determined the solution 2 as the optimal solution of ventilation system+242 level after its running-through, and realized the safe and reliability of cola ventilation system.
