Mechanical water shut off is the oil field development process, an important measure forlayered exploitation, but also a well understanding of the principal means of formation. Theprocess has strong adaptability, low cost, quick, etc., in the "control of water stable oil" playan important role. However, there are some shortages in the traditional mechanical watershut off process: to find water, water shut off process separately; to find water shut off afterconstruction on the transferred layer need to re work, work more times, the construction alarge amount of oil production rate is low.To solve these problems, according stratification of the Huabei Oilfield ProductionTechnology is currently the status quo analysis, drawing on the advantages of technology athome and abroad layered oil, developed for the Huabei Oilfield the fixed columnexchangeable layer production process technologies, including for process control layercolumns, supporting tools, screening and group distribution to achieve the fixed column forlayer production, look for water,plugging water, and many other craft card portfolio, a tripcolumn to operate simultaneously, saving operating costs and increase the timeliness ofproduction wells. Has developed a new type of underground switch state identification system,using an integrated testing method of the flow pressure to achieve on each level ofunderground work after the switch for the former state of identification and assessment toensure the production process for changing layer of accuracy and floor success rate.The project site of construction 13 wells, construction of 100 percent success rate, thecumulative change layer 14 wells, the success rate for layer 100%. Field tests showed that thetechnical design is reasonable, underground switches and supporting tools for reliableperformance; the process has excellent cards to find water and water features, can accuratelydetermine the water horizon, and can be repeated for layers, with a strong value of fieldapplication.
