| The paper investigated deep part of disseminated orebody greisen tungsten ore in mining area of GanNan maoping. Gravity-Flotation Dressing Technology was used for recovering valuable metals, such as tungsten, molybdenum, bismuth and copper. The flotation separation of associated bismuth, molybdenum and copper sulphide ore were extra emphasis investigated in detail. Targeting the use of highly efficient medicine for goal, the better results were obtained for new type of molybdenum collector PMo-4#, which was substituted for molybdenite collecting agent, and XTL-3 copper depressant was used to separate bismuth and copper, through screening and comparison.This paper investigated the flotability of there kinds of monomineral, for example, molybdenite, bismuthinite and copper pyrites. The experiment results showed that molybdenite and copper pyrites had better floatability in test pH(4~12), and bismuthinite floatability dramatic declined in pH>9. The molybdenum collector PMo-4# worked on molybdenite superior to kerosene catchability, the dosage of PMo-4# only half as much as kerosene. When the dosage of PMo-4# was 15mg·L-1, the content of upward floating had reached 95%. The new type of copper deactivator XTL-3 only suppressed the copper pyrites without bismuthinite. When the dosage of XTL-3 was 50 mg·L-1, copper pyrites was greatly restrained. Compared to zinc sulfate+cyanide (2∶1) reagent, using XTL-3 to inhibit copper pyrites were abtained considerably separating effect and pollution abatement, in favor of preserve the ecological environment. The infrared spectrum analysis results showed that XTL-3 is a polyfunctional group for micromolecule organic inhibitor and preliminary analyze it probability surface action of copper mineral, the possibility functional group such as -SH,-OH,-COO-.The real ore test results verifyed the catchability of PMo-4# and inhibition effect of XTL-3. Adopting preferential flotation molybdenum, principle flow of bismuth and copper bulk flotation and separation. It had obtained molybdenum concentrate grade was 47.27% and coefficient of recovery was 87.79%, bismuth concentrate grade was 47.27% and coefficient of recovery was 76.39%, copper concentrate grade was 17.68% and coefficient of recovery was 66.59% by closed-circuit test. At the same time, the experimental investigation ofpeanut ore were also processed and reclaimed. |
