Objective:(1)Establish the quality control method of magnolia bark medical material in industry.(2)Establish the manufacture technology of production, wnich have magnolol and honokiol>98% and the color is white.Method:(1)Based on CP2005,and the requisition of manufacture technology and quality standard in botanical extraction vocation, establish the quality control method of magnolia bark medical material in industry, establish the main factor of medical material.(2)Based on the manufacture condition of common enterprise, consider production cost, the implement degree in manufacturing, yield of production, based on single factor and single experiment combine with the test of content, not orthogonal experiment, establish every technology parameter, establish the manufacture technology and flowsheet, use the final production as standard.Result:(1) Establish the quality control method of magnolia bark medical material in industry, use flowsheet test as the method of quality control, establish the effect of collect area to medical material.(2) Establish the manufacture technology.Conclusion: The first problem which was solved by this topic is the quality control of magnolia bark medical material in industry. We determined the flow-sheet detection as the base to control the qualitative of Med Mat, It is to say, the Med Ma of magnolia bark was pulverizated into middle powder, which was extracted by 60% Alcohol for three times, the extraction time was 2,1.5,1h; the amount of 60% Alcohol was 5,4,5 times of the coarse powder 'weight. At last, add alcohol into the extraction until the volume to 20 times of the quality of Med Ma, which was used as assaying solution. After detecting the content of magnolia bark from different places, use 98% total magnolol as standard, if we want to product high magnolol of 98% total magnolol production, it is best to choice magnolia bark which come from Zhejiang province, second is Guangxi, the third is Hunan province. If we want to product high honokiol of 98% total magnolol production, it is best to choice magnolia bark which come from Sichuan province, the second is Hunan province. If we want to product high yield of 98% total magnolol production, it is best to choice magnolia bark which come from Zhejiang province, and then Hunan and Sichuan province.The second problem which was solved by this topic is the manufacture technology of production, wnich have magnolol and honokiol>98% and the color is white. We determined the best craft line is the Med Ma of magnolia bark was pulverizated into middle powder, which was extracted by 60% Alcohol for three times, the extraction time was 2,1.5,1h; the amount of 60% Alcohol was 5,4,5 times of the coarse powder weight. and we use a new method, it is recycle extracting. It means the extraction of the third time of the first materials is used as extraction of the first time of the second materials. ; Recover alcohol from the extraction under vacuun concentration, concentrate to ropiness liquid, add silica gel which weight is 25% of ropiness liquid, mix thoroughly and then vacuum dry. Add hexamethylene which is 15 times of the weight of the powder which was dried by vacuum, extract 3 times under the temperature of 80℃in water bath, the volume of hexamethylene is 6,5,4 times, the extraction time is 30min. Vacuum concentrate the hexamethylene extraction to 1/5 of its virgin volume, sucking filtrate to get crude crystal. Remove hexamethylene which is in the crude crystal by open-air drying, add 40 times petroleum benzine of crude crystal weight, Heat under the temperature of 70℃in water bath , until the supernatant liquid is clear and clarify, diverge the supernatant liquid, cool down to make it educe crystal, vacuum drying to get the exquisite article which the color is white and total magnolol≥98%.
