Papermaking industry is the traditional big water consumer, and is one of the biggest pollutant sources. Currently, the amount of COD emission of papermaking wastewater outclass any other industry wastewater, it has been the most serious pollution problem. Now there exits some part of the papermaking wastewater which discharge directly, it is a heavy task to deal with the papermaking wastewater,and theprocess also need to be innovate.The experiment has researched the effect of electrolysis and MBR system andthere combined process on the biorefefractory papermaking wastewater treatment.As a clean technology, Electrolysis produces free radicals, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxide floc, which can remove biorefefractory organic matters in the wastewater,there exits vast applications in poor biodegradability of wastewater treatment.Membrane bioreactor is a new developed water treatment system, which combines the membrane separation and the biological treatment process, membrane separation units which replace the conventional activated sludge process in the secondary sedimentation tank, in order to overcome the solid due to sedimentation tanks liquid separation efficiency is not high,because the sludge concentration in aeration tanks is difficult to maintain at a high level, resulting a deficiencies of low volumetric loading treatment. Especially for difficult biological degradation of organic waste water, membrane bioreactor has accumulated a large number of refractory organic matter and nitrification bacteria which has low specific growth rate. so that the the time contact with organic matter is longer than the hydraulic retention time (HRT), which greatly improve the removal rate of refractory organics. Compared to traditional process of activated sludge, the MBR system has a significant advantageThe main research purpose of thesis are as follows:1) access to a specific voltage, electrolysis time, electrolysis pretreatment on color and COD removal rate;2) access to operating parameters of the MBR by simple MBR system without pretreatment; 3) grasp the effect of combined process consisted of electrolytic pretreatment and MBR system on removal rate of COD and chroma, understanding the operation process.Thesis experiment is divided into three phases: firstly, do some research on experimental wastewater using self-made electrolysis equipment, from the experimental results,we got the results an follows: electrolysis has a evidently effect to chroma,the removal achieved 80%,the COD removal rate was 60%. Secondly, do some research on experimental wastewater using MBR alone, inoculation sludge was from biological selection pool of the sewage treatment plant, this stage of the experiment continued for 20 days, this process includes three stages: sludge acclimation, load enhancing and runing, the ultimate load stability was 2 kgCOD/(m~3·d) around; Experimental results showed that: COD removal rate of MBR achieved more than 85%, but the removal rate of color was only 30%. Electrolysis as a pre-treatment with combination of membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment process was mainly researched in the third phase,the concentration COD in effulent can be reduced to 80mg/L when running stablely, the chroma can be controlled within 50 (times).Currently,combined process of electrolysis pretreatment and MBR used in the paper-making wastewater treatment process was at a research stage, the test paper of innovative sewage treatment technologies available to promote the sewage treatment industry to meet increasingly stringent emission standards ,it has great significance.
