Eczema Spray Preparation And Quality Evaluation

Objective:Eczema Spray, which is made from Radix Cynanchi Paniculati,Radix Sophorae flavescentis,Radix Scutellariae and other five kinds of herbs,is an effective prescription in treating Eczema.the auther has made a systematic study on its preparation,transdermal absorption and quality detection.Methods:(1)The best volume of the adoption for the distillation to Cynanchum paniculatum was optimized,by means of the contents of paeonol.(2) With the amount of extraction and the contents of matrine as indexes,the water extraction process of Sophorae radix and other herbs was studied.(3)The contents of matrine used as an index was carried out to choose the excellent drying process.(4) The contents of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride were used to evaluate the alcohol extraction condition of scutellaria and phellodendri amurense; (5)With the absorbance of shibonin as an index,the alcohol extraction process of lithospermi radix was researched.(6)By means of ex vivo skin, the types and concentration of penetration enhancer were siewed.(7)Five kinds of herbs were indentified by TLC,The contents of paeonol were determined by HPLC.Results:Cynanchum paniculatum was distilled, the volume of the adoption for the distillation to Cynanchum paniculatum was 8 times of the original;the water extraction process was to fry the original with water twice for 2.0 and 1.5h;the concentrated solution was dealed with spray drying;the alcohol extraction process of scutellaria was to heat the original with 70% alcohol twice for 1.0 and 0.5h; the alcohol extraction process of phellodendri amurense was to heat the original with 80% alcohol twice for 1.0 and 0.5h; 2.0% Azone was added in the preparation precedure; according to TLC, Radix Cynanchi Paniculati,Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Sophorae flavescentis,Broneolum Syntheticum were indentified; The contents of paeonol were determined by HPLC.Conclusions:The preparation process is stable and feasible,and concentration of penetration enhancer is selected,the quilty detection methods are decided.Then it can make the best use of the clinical results.
