Micromotor was widely used in electronics and information industry, electrical industry, automobile industry, industrial control, and other fields. In recent years, the demand of materials for high-precision micro-motor with composite metal was fast growing with the rapid development of micro-motor manufacturing sector.In this paper the author analyzed the interaction between alloying elements and the matrix and researched the influence of alloy composition to the electrical properties and mechanical properties as well. Based on this,the author prepared Cu-Cd-Cr and Ag-CuO electrical contact composites materials by powder metallurgy method.The sintering temperature was increased by adding Cr and the degree of densification was higher after 4.5h sintering at 950℃. After drawing and extrusion the wire density and conductivity of Ag-CuO materials has increased.Ag-Cu-Ni cladding material and the flat line mosaic composite strip were prepared by casting -extrusion - rolling complex method. The key technologies of thermal compound method with controlled atmosphere were investigated. The effects of particle size and treatment process of Ni powder as well as the influences of inclusion process to composite strength were investigated. The main performance indicators and dimensional accuracy of this mosaic composite strip have reached the international advanced level.
