With the emergence and expansion of a large number of industrial and mining enterprises, there will be an increasing number of wastewater and sewage disposal into the environment, especially in the Pearl River Delta region, this phenomenon is particularly prominent. At present, the Pearl River Basin water resources have been seriously polluted, the resulting environmental pollution and ecological pollution has aroused great attention of local departments. To this end, the issue with the TD micro-electronics companies in Guangdong to develop a common voice alarm of water pollution monitoring network, by means of the rapid and real-time detection of water pollution sources of information, complete voice alarm and storage of water pollution sources of information.The function of the alarm is to realize related voice alarm according to receiving communication signal from front-end COMPASS processor. Design of the alarm selected ARM chip as main controller LPC2368 which is currently popular chip in industrial areas and RS232/RS485 common means of communication used to complete the information acquisition and processing of water pollution source; Optional SD card as storage medium to achieve the voice files and water pollution sources of information storage; Voice alarm selected inexpensive VS1003 decoder chip decode for WAV/MP3 audio files. The design of voice output channels also expand and improve the scalability and flexibility of use.Design compatible with the alarm of FAT16 and FAT32 file system format, and support the alarm of WAV and MP3 voice file, compared to the current water pollution monitoring system alarm, the alarm has a greater versatility and flexibility. The alarm embedded real-time microkernel operating system, uC / OS-II, in the software design, which makes the alarm in real time has greatly improved and increased, effective solution the problem of voice discontinuity which is occasional arisen problems of Interrupt System-based voice alarm.The alarm is the early warning part of the Pearl River water COMPASS monitoring demonstration project, the alarm has passed the functional tests, and has been installed a number of monitoring sites in the test run.
