Nanostructure system,in particular,low dimensional magnetic nano system has beome one of the most interesting foucuses in modern condensed physics.Due to its unique properties,magnetic nanoparticles are highly regarded as the promising candidate for next generation of ultra-high density magnetic storage media as well as for magnetic sensors.A wide range of research have been carried out to investigate them from different perspectives including micro-magnetic theory,fabrication method, physical properties.In this paper,starting from the magnetic material Co,using a new simple preparation method Preparation of Co magnetic nanoparticles and their magnetic study.Large-area Co nanoparticle arrays and Co nano-granular films with core-shell strucutre are preparaed using Nanosphere Lithography.Good morphology has been observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).Good morphology has been observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).Teir magnetic properties have been examined using Vibrating Sample Magnetometer(VSM).It was found out that single domain structure was formed in Co nanoparticle arrays.Coercivity of Co magnetic nanoparticle arrays is larger than the Co film,and has a larger rectangular mixed,the paper focused on one of the influencing factors. |
