Finishing Process Control Methods

At present, printing enterprise prepress and printing technology and enterprise's overall quality management level has been vastly improved, prepress and printing quality has been stable,the postpress technology is the core problem of the quality gap,postpress due to the influence such as lacked process ,obsolete equipment,low technology and poor management,etc, not only the production efficiency is low,but also the quality problem is obvious, especially with the constant expander of the market demand and the customers' increasing quality requirements of the prints, postpress has become the bottleneck of the prints quality. Therefore how to take effective measures to improve the postpress product quality has become the focus of research problems, and has certain practical significance.Products' postpress process involves various processes, and each link, each process is linked together, and has a mutual cause-and-effect relationship,therefore this requires management personnel and operating personnel checking layer upon layer, and setting the product quality to meet the quality requirements. Process control management changes the mainly situation of afterwards quality control in printing enterprise,realizes focusing on the prevention' production process quality control,it could real-time monitor every processes of production process, convenient production management and operation personnel take timely measures, eliminate abnormal, recover process stability, eventually to achieve the purpose of reducing wastage, reducing costs, improving labor productivity, improving and controling quality, thus process control is applied to continuity of postpress process, it's extremely important in correctly guiding postpress production operation, ensuring the production safety, guaranteeing the quality of the product.This paper is based on introducing and analysing the technical requirements of postpress and the basic theory of process control management,and then designs and puts forward the solutions of postpress process control for printing industry, and mainly elaborates on the technical implementation of the postpress process control solutions and the formulation and implement of the postpress process control management solutions,brings the process control into postpress quality management,forms the postpress production quality culture essence centering on process control,provides an effective method of postpress quality management for printing enterprise,to help printing enterprise solve emergencies, improve economic and social benefits.
