Study On Effects Of Pollution Of Mineral Oil And Compound Pollution Of Mineral Oil And Copper

After entering the soil and going through a range of action,mineral oil will pollute badly the soil,meantime the mixture of heavy metal copper and mineral oil also creates compound pollution.And the pollution intensity of the mixture depends on such various factors as temperature and moisture.The experiment researches mainly on the mineral oil and heavy metal copper.By way of introducing the mineral oil's effect on the soil catalase activity,the soil breathing,the seed sprout and biological activity as well as the compound effect of the mixture on the seed sprout and biological activity,the essay studies the following aspects:the first one is the separate effect of mineral oil and heavy metal on the soil;the second is the effect of the mixture of the above two on the soil.The main research result as follows:ⅠWhen the intensity of mineral oil amounts to 200mg·kg-1 and 400mg·kg-1,the added mineral oil makes activation on the soil catalase activity;When the intensity of mineral oil amounts to 200mg·kg-1 and 400mg·kg-1,the effect on the soil catalase activity appears as recovery after activation over time.Concentration of mineral oil in 800mg·kg-1,1600mg·kg-1 and 3200mg·kg-1,the effect on the soil catalase activity appears as activation after suppress over time.The above phenomena show that with mineral oil pollutants in a certain concentration range,the extension of the residual time will decrease inhibition on soil catalase activity.ⅡMineral oil has a significantly negative effect on wheat seed germination and growth. With the increase in oil concentration,root length,seed length and germination rate significantly decreases;in the process of wheat seed germination and seedling growth,lerance threshold of mineral oil pollution effect on soil reaches 400mg·kg-1,and changes in physiological indicators are ahead of changes of indicators in shape.ⅢSpeaking of separate polluted effect of copper and mineral on soil,with the increment of concentration of the two materials,root length,seed length and germination rate and the number of chlorophyll in wheat is in overall downward trend.With copper concentration of 40mg·kg-1,the pollution effect on the wheat seed depends on the catalogue and intensity of mixture including copper.The mixture blended with 200mg·kg-1 of mineral oil and 0～100 mg·kg-1 copper can make the germination rate,seed length,root length,shoot flesh weight, root fresh weight and the number of chlorophyll in wheat in overall downward trend.This shows that with 200mg·kg-1 of mineral oil and 0～100 mg·kg-1 copper,mineral oil and copper work on the soil in coordination way.
