| In this paper, the development of the microwave reactor and microwave synthesis process technology as the starting point for microwave chemistry in the field of polymer applications in organic synthesis have been studied, and the use of laboratory equipment microwave synthesizer, the first time under microwave irradiation in order to have Potassium and sodium bisulfite for the oxidation-reduction initiator, the monomer acrylonitrile(AN) precipitation polymerization in aqueous phase, control the molecular weight distribution of polyacrylonitrile, synthetic high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile. By changing the reaction temperature, oxidant dosage, reaction power, reaction time, the determination of the viscosity-average molecular weight of polymer and the polymerization conversion rate, analysis of the response to power, the reaction temperature, initiator ratio on the molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile and the impact of the conversion rate. Finally, under the same conditions, polyacrylonitrile calculating a viscosity average molecular weight of the two different formula than the experimental samples.Concluded that:in the microwave under the PAN can be synthesized, and synthetic polymers in the viscosity-average molecular weight which is 3.9×10~5; polyacrylonitrile synthesized by microwave to shorten the reaction time can be greatly; with increasing temperature, acrylonitrile polymer viscosity-average molecular weight and reaction rate of the transformation into a normal distribution;increase the amount of oxidant, propylene Nitrile polymer reduced viscosity-average molecular weight after the first increase, and the reaction conversion rate was gradually decreased after the first increase, the results of radical polymerization and other laws of the different reasons leading to this result, but also need to be further study has identified.Selected for more accurate calculation formula as the formula used in this article experiments. |
