| Coal mine water hazard is one of the five hazards in coal mine production. It impedes effective and safety production of coal mine seriously. Especially, the coal industry developed quickly in recent years, water-inrush accident happened frequently, so the preventing and curing water work became more and more important. Because floor water-inrush of coal mine related to many influencing factors, such as mining pressure, geological structure, water pressure, aquifer and so on, water quantity forecast became very complex. Current water-inrush quantity forecast methods also have some deficiencies, so the forecast result isn't very ideal.This paper put forward a new method to forecast floor water-inrush quantity in coal mine, namely, used subsurface flow simulation soft-FEFLOW which based on finite element method by setting up 3D subsurface water numerical model of hydrogeological unit which working face is in to forecast working face floor water-inrush quantity. The paper analyzed the generating condition and influencing factors of floor water-inrush of coal mine, contrasted and analyzed the current water-inrush (burst) quantity forecast methods; combined the characters of FEFLOW soft, proved the feasibility of using FEFLOW to forecast floor water-inrush (burst) quantity of working face. The 4196 working face and 6196 working face of Panxi coal mine of Xinwen mining group were chosen as simulation verify working face and forecast working face. Setting up 3D subsurface water numerical model of hydrogeological unit which 4196 working face is in, simulation result of working face floor water-inrush (burst) quantity was close to the actual condition. The feasibility and accuracy of this method were proved. Set up 3D subsurface water numerical model of hydrogeological unit which 6196 working face is in to forecast its normal water-inrush (burst) quantity. The result was similar to the result of traditional analogy method. According to the possible water-inrush position of 6196 working face, set up the models in which the size and position of water-inrush passages are different, calculated the water-inrush quantity respectively. At last, the preventing and curing water safety measure was worked out according to the simulating results.Research results indicated that using FEFLOW soft to forecast floor water-inrush quantity in coal mine is feasible. The forecast result is more scientific. It provided reference for coal mine safety production. |
