In this paper, TP-HPMCP microspheres were desired to avoid the destroyed by the gastric intestinal juice ; Magnetic TP-albumin microspheres were desired to a new formulation for arterial embolization ,which replaced the toxic drug . HPMCP and albumin were used as wall stuff respectively , TP microspheres were prepared .Theresearch focus on several aspects as following :1. Method established for detecting the retention of TP microspheres Directly detect the retention of microspheres is hard , so we detected the surface TP of the microspheres in this experiment , and converted it into the losing quantity , then the retention could be gained .2. Study on preparing TP-HPMCP microspheres and its ability Through spray drying technology, TP were microencapsulated by HPMCP . The microencapsulation process of TP was optimized with orthogonal design L9 (34 ) , the retention of microspheres was used as the index. Results: A little emulsifier could increase the retention greatly , and the efficiency of SDS was better than PVA . The optimized conditions of TP-HPMCP microspheres were that entrance temperature was 100℃,entrance speed was 6.25ml/min, proportion of TP and wall material was 2:1, proportion of all solid matters was 3% .The study indicated that HPMCP could protect the TP in the gastric juice, and TP-HPMCP microspheres released perfectly in the intestinal juice .According to oil quality , different contents of TP-HPMCP microspheres were added respectively . We found that the antioxidant ability of the microspheres is very well , and its effect related to content of TP-HPMCP microspheres.3. Study on preparing magnetic TP-albumin microspheres and its abilityTP were microencapsulated by albumin using a spray drying technique. And then added with some chitosan and magnetic powder, these matters were mixed by ultrasonic , solidified with glutaraldehyde and dryed in vacuum . The diameter of magnetic TP-albumin microspheres is 30μm,which is conform to the requirement of arterial embolization formulation. And the magnetic responding experiment showed the TP-albumin microspheres were magnetic .4. DSC for microspheresThe thermodynamics of TP and the microspheres were analyzed by DSC, the results shown that the transition temperatures were similar, it indicated that the tea polyphenols were not denaturalized in the process of preparing microspheres.
