Flavones are thought to be more and more important because of their antioxidalive.. anti-free-radical and cancer-pieYenL cancer-resistant activities. In this paper, method of extracting flavones from orange peel is studied systematically, as well as their antioxidative and anti-free-radical activities The main contents and results are displayed as follow. 1 The studies showed that: By single factor and orthogonal experiments, the primary and secondary order of effect of the factors Microwave-assisted extraction process for the total isoflavones from orange peel.solid-liquid ratio > alcohol chroma > radiation time >microwave power >liquor PH indicator. The furthest technics qualification : microwave power 320w , alcohol chroma 20 percent, solid-liquid ratio 1: 25 , radiation time 60s ,quotiety of total isoflavones 87.0 percent. 2.The separation and purification for flavone from orange peel has a technics of absorption and wash escape: (1) X-5 resin adsorption has high-blooded adsorption. (2) The adsorption be described by Langiuir . (3) X-5 stitic state adsorption 32.6mg/g , dynamic adsorption 23.8mg/g. (4) A furthest impregnant is alcohol 60 percent with PH indicator 10 which has the furthest by velocity of flow that is 1-2BV/h.
