| Low-beryllium copper is a kind of material which has high conductivity for electricity and excellent combination property, compare with the like products of overseas. We study the heat treating of low-beryllium copper is very deficiency, and this is the reason why ours isn't as well as overseas. This article adopt perpendicular plan, using different thermo-mechanical treatment method, measuring and analyzing the value of strength, specific elongation, Vickers-hardness, International Annealed Copper Standard and elastic ratio, at the meantime, observing and analyzing microscopic structure in different phase, to find out the best treatment method of C17460 beryllium bronze. We can find that the best thermo-mechanical treatment method is 36.3% cold deformation, 455℃and 3.0 hour, the best ageing technology of the beryllium bronze is 450℃, 150 minute. By observed the metallic phase we have that the high conductivity beryllium bronze is not easy to occuring discontinuous precipitation. |
