| The application of pyridine bases in the field of medicine,pesticides,spices,rubber, fuel and surface-active agent is an very wide range.The demand of pyridine bases has been increasing very fast.In China,there are still not mature,independent intellectual property rights of technology and industrial production devices.This work concentrates on the synthesis of pyridine base of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and ammonia.Catalyst is a ZSM-5 zeolite which was done by myself,the ammonia-formaldehyde condensation reaction was completed on the fixed bed catalytic reaction installations.ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has high activity for ammonia-formaldehyde condensation reaction.The influence of crystallizing time,crystallizing seed,template agent on zhe synthesis of ZSM-5 was studied,successfully synthesized a different Si/Al ratio catalyst. The catalyst for metal modified,activation is use of the synthesis of pyridine base.It was found that Si/Al ratio is very important for the synthesis of pyridine base.The filling way of ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst in the fixed bed has great influence for catalyst transformed number and the yield pyridine base,experimental investigated the impact of the catalyst particle size,particle length,a high degree of filling,filling density and other factors for catalyst transformed number and the yield pyridine base,and optimize the best filling;The effects of different metal modified MZSM-5(M were Co,Pb,Cd,Zn)catalyst on pyridine and its derivatives was studied;The effects of supported different content CoZSM-5 catalyst on pyridine and its derivatives was studied.Aldehyde-ammonia condensation over ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst for sysnthesis of alkyl-pyridine was studied in this paper.Influence of reaction parameters,such as temperature,reactants ratio(formaldehyde/acetaldehyde and NH3/reactants,molar ratio)pressure,reactants time was discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were found.High pyridine bases yields were obtained under the following condition:440℃,0.8MPa,acetaldehyde/formaldehyde=0.6,NH3/reactants=2,stay time 15s,pyridine base yield can reach more than 60 percent. |
