| With the development of science and technology, many kinds of new macromolecular materials are synthesized. At the same time, a lot of new dust or particles are appeared with the process of its producing and treatment. The particle of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) is one of them, it is very significant for us to control and remove the dust of SBS through finding out its characters, analyzing the factors of its form.At first, the study is carried out through entering the workplace of the factory, understanding the flow of its technics, analyzing the main factors of its form in the technics, equipments and environment. A project on compositive removement of SBS dust is put forward in this article.Secondly, the concentration of SBS dust is measured in the workplace, many characters of the dust are found out by analyzing the sample in the laboratory. With the characters of big diameter, light density, irregular shapes and adhesion, it is surely the correct way to remove the SBS dust through the technologe of cyclone.Thirdly, the low efficiency of cyclone-separator is the key cause of removing the SBS dust in the workplace, an optimal design for the configuration size of the key equipment is significant. At present, there are many kinds of the configuration size design methods of cyclone separator in domestic and abroad, but they are experimental and half-experimental. The former has no mathmatical model, the latter's mathematical model isn't perfect. According to present situation, this thesis is based on Leith's design method, improves it and figures out the optimal design of cyclone-separator in mathematical theory. The integrative mathematical model of optimal design is established, which includes optimal design variable, aim function, restraining condition and performance of cyclone-separator. The mathematical model is answered by the coding in Visual C++ on computer. In the end, we obtain the optimal configuration size of cyclone-sepatator which conforms to the design needs. The conclusion is validated through experiment and theory.At last, it is testified reliably through the application of optimal design in SBS workplace, Baling Petrol-chemical Company. |
