Comparing with CPU of industry control computer, 32-bit ARM9 microprocessor which is based on RISC technology has the advantages of less power dissipation, lower cost, higher reliability and more than 200MHZ of master frequency. ARM microprocessor has been widely used in consumer electronics, communications systems, and other products. However, in the field of NC machine tool, ARM9 microprocessor has not been widely used. Actually, embedded system based on ARM technology tends to being used in NC machine tool field because of its super performance. The thesis mainly studies the modulus of the embedded NC grinding system built on the hardware platform of S3C2410 which is the kernel processor of ARM9.A kind of development methodology of PLC embedded systems is proposed, which is based on the NC system architecture analysis and embedded PLC control technology research. This kind of PLC embedded systems is the core unit in the functional control subsystem of NC embedded systems. According to the Structural features of PLC instruction, the data list structure to store PLC directive document is used. In addition, the thesis also designs CAN bus communication system which is based on ARM9. It is used in NC system to implement the information transmission of NC system. Finally, the thesis studies the key technologies (PWM Inverter) of Servo drive module and provides the algorithms of SVPWM and High-frequency modulation square. The MATLAB simulation is ultimately used for realizing the result of system.
