The paper mainly carried on the research of advanced treatment of refinery wastewater reusing for circulation cooling water.Four kinds of treatment methods were studied and comparied,which were Oxidation treatment by K2FeO4,Adsorption-Catalytic oxidation with activated carbon-H2O2,Fe-Cu catalytic micro-electrolysis strengthen by H2O2 and Ultrasonic catalytic oxidation.The optimal method is Fe-Cu catalytic micro-electrolysis strengthen by H2O2.When the value of pH,the volume ratio of Fe/Cu,the volume ratio of Fe-Cu and drainage foul,reaction time were respectively controlled 7,4,1,30min,the effluent of Fe-Cu catalytic micro-electrolysis were adjusted pH value to 4,added H2O2 to the concentration of 0.8mL 3%H2O2/L,continuous reaction 5 min,the CODCrof the drainage foul descended from 84.64mg/L to 30.47mg/L.Lucubrate experiments were performed with the dynamic micro-electrolysis catalytic by Fe-Cu combined with Fenton.When the value of pH,the influent and effluent concentration of H2O2,the volume ratio of Fe/Cu,flux and the reaction time of effluent of reaction column were respectively controlled 2,1 mL10%H2O2/L and 5.6mL(0.3%H2O2)/L,5,25 mL/min and 5 min,the CODCr,oil concentration,TP and NH3-N of the drainage foul respectively descended from 84.64mg/L,2.8 mg/L,3.1 mg/L and 20.31 mg/L to 18.16mg/L,0.153mg/L, not be detected,10.45 mg/L.after further treatment,the CODCrwas 16.28mg/L,oil concentration was 0.125 mg/L,NH3-N concentration was 3.65 mg/L,turbid degree descending from 0.016 NTU to lower than 0.001 NTU,conductivity descending from 1267μS/cm to lower than 253μS/cm.After a series of physical and chemical treatments,the effluent quality came up to standard of reclaimed water in GB 50050-200,through dynamic weight-lost method,the rates of A4 steel corrosion are studied in the water treated by the technique above,the results show that,dynamic micro-electrolysis catalytic by Fe-Cu combined with Fenton is very suitable.
