In this paper, an inorganic environmental protection pigment was synthesized with the technology of super powder preparing and the theory of solid phase reaction. The mechanism of preparion, the technic of preparion and the influence factor was studied.The precursor of titanate-chrome yellow was prepared with the method of chemical liquid deposition and the influence of precipitator, the concentration of reactant and the solvent, the species and the volume of the dispersant, the pH value and the temperature on the size of titanate-chrome yellow particles were analyzed; SEM, FTIR analytical methods were used to characterize the sample of precursor particles. The test results show that the particles size was 100nm, the precursor is consisted of titanate hydroxide, chrome hydroxide, antimony hydroxide.Then the precursor of titanate-chrome yellow was calcined in muffle, studied the influence of the calcined temperature and the doping quantity of chrome on the crystal phase of titanate-chrome yellow, having an inclusion that the relation between calcined temperature and the crystal phase transition, the doping quantity of chrome have no effect on the crystal phase; studied the relation of the content of hexcovalent chromium with the calefactive rate, calcined temperature and the heat preservation time. SEM, FTIR, XRD and energy spectrum analysis were used to characterize the sample of particles. The test results show that the particles size was 100nm, the structure was rutile phase and the metal element titanate, chrome, antimony were contained.Through the research of the thesis, this inorganic, environmental protection pigment can be comprehensive applied in electronical products, plastic, dope, et al, and satisfied with the require of environmental protection.
