With the global urbanization trend has become increasingly obvious, degradation of surface water environmental, groundwater pollution , source of pollution migration caused by this process are more prominent, water environmental issues have become not only the most important constraints in the city construction and development, but also the world Economic and sustainable development of water environment pose severe challenges. The mutual relations of Urbanization and water environmental issues is an important foundation to implement the global sustainable development strategy. Because The shallow layer pore water buried shallow and dynamic change, the first impacted and interferenced by the human production and life.Since the 1980s, in Kunming the socio-economic development rapidly, especially since the 1990s, Kunming economic development and urban construction has entered a rapid development period, the rapid increase of urban populations, urban construction area expansion rapidly, with the Kunming Rapid economic development and population increase, industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage disperses into the ground floor substantial increase, a serious impact on groundwater quality. Therefore, It is great practical significance to select the appropriate mathematical evaluation method to assess the status of groundwater quality in Kunming City for groundwater pollution treatment and protection of people's physical and mental health. have a total grasp of the city Groundwater quality and in order to put Countermeasures, is related to a major event in Kunming developed.The paper studies the pore water in urban areas of Kunming with the fact, chooses the relatively mature method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The most investigations are:(1)Through to filtrate and analyze the diversified dynamic monitoring data of groundwater (such as groundwater quality, quantity, level, temperature), the data of weather and climate in urban areas of Kunming, use visualization language programming of Visual Basic 6.0, choose Windows Access database and CRYSREPT data report, the paper establishes the groundwater information management system in urban areas of Kunming. The system can manage the enormous, complicated groundwater data effectively, and it has the functions such as data processing, Fengge report form, data preview and data output.(2) The paper programs based on Visual Basic 6.0 visualization development environment, establishes groundwater quality evaluation model in Kunming city, and evaluates the pore water quality. For the subsystem of groundwater quality evaluation, the primal database development uses Access, and establishes unified data storage format. The development of data management module and evaluation knowledge base are mainly using object oriented developing tool of Visual Basic, groundwater environment quality evaluation bases on the GB/T14848-93, translates the environment quality's good or bad into compare the quantitative data, and last classification the quantitative results to indicate the polluted degree of the environment. For the system's overall structure, groundwater environment evaluation subsystem has these functions:①Choosing for element of criterion;②Establishment of assessment index;③Analysis the evaluation model;④Revealing the evaluation result.(3)By using powerful spacial analysis of MAPGIS, we regard standard of water quality as same ground information and make use of mathematic ground models to processing discrete data. Using MAPGIS to digitalize various figures and spacial analysis and graphic output to the analytic results of professional models, we have made the distribution figures of pore water quality. The results of evaluating can demonstrate Kunming's circumstance of pore water quality precisely. Comparison with predecessor's study, the result coincides with predecessor's result.In this paper, the use of advanced object-oriented programming tool Visual Basic 6.0, develop a groundwater management information system, the system for its friendly, easy to use interface has been made better results in the application in Kunming groundwater information management and water quality assessment. If taken out system in specific regions, it will become a practicality of a universal water quality evaluation system, the water environment system can be applied to the relevant departments and other departments.
