Microwave Drying Pu'er Tea Technology And Equipment Research

Yunnan is a country of origin of world tea plant.Pu'er tea,enjoying praising here and overseas,is the represent of Yunnan tea.Pu'er tea now already becomes one of Yunnan Province cornerstone industry.But at present,the great majority tea production manufacturer still adopt the traditional treating handicraft to produce this natural crop,which are inefficient,low quality,and make the bacterium amounts of the finished product go beyond standard,and affect Pu'er tea brand image and market place competition gravely.Now it is urgent to develop new handicraft and equipment to solve the drying and sterilization problem coming to Yunnan Pu'er tea estate.The microwave technology is one kind of high-effect,energy conservation,and environmental protection processing technology.The microwave technology will start a new treating approach to the Pu'er tea treating.The ways of this paper studied are technologies of microwave energy,basic principles and methods of materials drying as the guide,to improve tea quality and production efficiency as the center,take the plan of theory and drying equipment study and advance together,according to steps of theory-practice,macro-microscopic, qualitative-quantitative to study,the theory of manufacture provide direction of drying equipment and drying equipment provide testing equipment of the theoretical and whether drying standards expected to be completed by drying equipment can be amended in the theory of deficiencies.The paper can be researched,the main results are as follows:According to the moisture content character in Pu'er tea,and microwave drying characteristics,we know that microwave can be completely used for Pu'er tea drying processes.Further more,the temperature grad,heat passage and steam pressures migrate in the same direction in the microwave drying process,have improved drying speed thereby greatly;Carried out solo microwave equipment drying handicraft experiment, microwave production line drying handicraft experiment on Pu'er cake,to reach the handicraft route of microwave drying Pu'er tea;The physics and chemistry index on Pu'er tea has indicated that all indices have satisfied Yunnan local standard's request about Pu'er tea;Suggested the thought of the microwave production line designs,and bring forward design philosophy to the main microwave elements and the actuator equipment.Aiming to the leakage of microwave energy in the microwave production line,this paper has suggested the thought of restraint implement style designing, which adopts the combination of reactance and dyadic electric resistance restraint implement to restraint leakage.
