| In this study,exprimental platform to copper pollution of farmland cultivation system,give a result to the effect on the activity of soil microorganisms which under the deal with different season,different crop planted and different concentration of copper. By the use of PCR-DGGE technolgy ,maked a discuss about the diversity of the soil microbial.given a reseach about the dynamic change of the effect on the activties of soil microbial which under the season plant and copper pollution.Key fingdings as follows:1.Low-pollution concentration of copper(200 ppm) in the soil decreased the soil microbial biomass significantly in early stage(filling stage or heading) and maturity when wheat-planting,but when rice-planting ,it is on the contrary;as the concentration of copper is 400ppm,the pollution given a inhibition on the soil microbial biomass when rice-planting and wheat-planting.there were differences of the pollution soil microbial biomass between wheat-planting and rice-planting;either wheat planting or rice-planting,on the whole,the soil microbial biomass of maturity stage is greater than the early stage(filling stage or heading )2.Low-pollution concentration of copper(200 ppm) in the soil decreased the soil microbial respiration significantly in early stage(filling stage or heading) and maturity when wheat-planting or rice-planting, as the concentration of copper is 400ppm,the pollution given a inhibition on the soil microbial respiration when wheat-planting.but when rice-planting ,it is on the contrary; there were differences of the soil microbial respiration between wheat-planting and rice-planting; on the whole,under the copper pollution deal .the soil microbial respiration of early stage( filling stage) is greater than the maturity stage when wheat-planting.but when rice-planting ,it is on the contrary.3,.Low-pollution concentration of copper(200 ppm) in the soil improved the soil microbial ammoniation significantly in early(filling stage or heading) stage and maturity when wheat-planting or rice-planting, as the concentration of copper is 400ppm,the pollution given a inhibition on the soil microbial ammoniation when wheat-planting.but when rice-planting ,it is on the contrary; there were differences of the soil microbial ammoniation between wheat-planting and rice-planting; on the whole,under the copper pollution deal ,the soil microbial ammoniation of early stage( filling stage) is greater than the maturity stage when wheat-planting and rice-planting.4,the vary concentration(200ppm or 400ppm) copper pollution given a inhibition on the soil microbial nitrification in early stage(filling stage or heading) and maturity when wheat-planting and rice-planting. there were differences of the soil microbial nitrification between wheat-planting and rice-planting;according the different fertility stage ,the change of the soil microbial nitrification is great during the vary plants. |
