| Along with social economy's development, the water resources deficient contradiction is day by day prominent, water is very scarce, incomparably precious strategic resources in the world. The water resources shortages and the water body pollution became seriously, which has been the primary factor which restricted our country sustainable development. The water sales commission is the effective way to use water resources, and can raise the sewage treatment efficiency. This article has discussed the water sales commission project application of the integration membrane bioreactor in the residential district by analysing to the water applied technology's technical process, the equipment facility, the water quality and the water volume and so on.In view of the residential district sewage's origin and characteristics, we elaborated the membrane bioreactor's basic principle and emphatical technology progress, and carried out the small scale field test base on experimental studies.According to the residential district sewage's characteristic, has designed the experiment process and the membrane biological response facility, and has tested the corresponding water quality indicators. The entire experiment process divides into the domestication to hang the membrane time, the load movement time and the steady operation time. The water treatment effect is assessed by changingoperational parameterssuch as amount of water intake, the water power resident time, the aeration,gas water ratio and so on. The result indicate that under certain concentration range of COD, SS, and HRT, the MBR processing sanitary sewage may achieve highly effective and not excess sludge emissions goal.Base on the above experiments, MBR is carried on the actual project that namely processing sanitary sewage.The technical economy analysis proof, that designed MBR treating plant can process the sanitary sewage effectively, the water quality of MBR effluent is stable, and the processing efficiency is high. |
